Here's a snapshot of my poker sessions since September 5th.

Bankroll Info

I'm living off my poker bankroll. I don't like to do it, but I have to right now. I try to cash out as little as possible, but I'm doing what I have to do. The roll is at $16.8 right now. On a good note, I have been concentrating on position a lot more. However, I think I'm too quick to sacrifice position just to get into a pot with a weak player. I'll be actively trying to keep that to a minimum unless the situation presents itself (target is tilted or just calling too losely). $30k by the end of 2008 is possible, but is definitely a long shot. I don't see myself devoting the time, concentrating enough, not making withdrawal, and just plain having that good enough winrate right now to feel good about that goal.

On to clean the garage out....

Start of November

I had one session on Halloween night for about -$800. I played a bit so far in November. Put in about 12 hours and went $-700. My bankroll is now about $15.8k. I'm not exactly playing badly in big pots. I need to reassess theories and try to get back into the proper mindset and concentration. But so far, I'm not concentrating on poker. I used to think about how to approach situations even when not playing, but enough of that (I hope). When I play, I'll definitely try to put in quality time. For now, I'll worry about cleaning my garage more than poker. $15.8k saved up is a nice thing; however, I'll shoot for $30k by the end of the year, we'll see how that goes.........
